So far, we heard about Instagram and Hipstamatic which are used as photo editing tool but now it is Snapseed which not only helps you edit photo or add an effect to it but also helps you share it on social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter or Flickr or email  it. Although Snapseed is designed on simple platform but it is very effective application that you can have on your iphone, ipad or ipod for editing photos. This photo enhancing tool gives you powerful platform to edit the photos in detail.

Once you open or shoot a photo, it will show you a rectangles along the bottom of the screen, on sliding which you get an options - edits, adjustments, and effects. Swiping gestures would let you adjust contrast, brightness and colors. An icon which acts like a preview will always show you the comparison between original image and edited one.

It also includes special effects - Drama, Grunge, Vintage, Center focus, Frames, and tilt-shift. One of the great things about Snapseed is that you have an option to apply adjustment and effects to a specific area in a photo.

You need not worry if you have edited photo and not liking it. Snapseed always save the original photo separately.
